Aik chukandar paton samait pani mein ubal kar sar par khoob malain adhay ghantay baad sar dho lijiye hafta mein 2 baar ye amal karain is se khushki door ho jaye gi.

Chukandar Ka Tail Beetroot Oil

2 baray beetroot lay kar unhain kaat lijiye gol kar ke 1 kg sarson ke tail mein khoob jalayain jub sayah ho jayain tou utar kar thanda kar ke chhan lijiye. Ye tail sar mein rozana lagayain is se baal mazboot aur ghanay hon ge.

Sar Dard Ke Liye

Pasli ke dard mein bhi is tail ki malish aram deti hai. Kaan mein dana ho dard rehta hai tou is oil ke 2 - 4 qatray kaan mein dalne se aram a jata hai din mein 3 baar daliye.

Tawanai Bakhsh Salan

Half kg gosht mein 1 kg chukandar kaat kar naram paton samait pakaiye gosht bhoon kar chukandar daal dijiye pak janay par hara dhania, garam masala daal dijiye tawanai bakhsh salan tayar hai.
