Sehat o Tandrusti Urdu Essay 

Tandrusti Hazar Naimat Hai: Tandrusti bohat bari nemat hai gharebi aur muflisi mein admi guzara kar leta hai lekin sehat ki kharabi insan ko bebas kardeti hai. Sehat-o-tandrusti ki qadar marez se pucho, tandrusti hazar naimat hai. Sehat aur tandrusti Khuda ke taraf se inaam hai, sehatmand admi is naimat se bharpor faida uthata hai, wo ghurbat aur iflas ka muqabla karta hai aur kamyab rehta hai, tandrusti bohat bari dolat hai. Sehatmand admi mehnat aur mazduri se apni guzar auqat kar sakta hai mehnat karne wala Allah ka dost hota hai Allah Ta'ala ise tang dasti se kushadgi ata karta hai. 

Sehat dolat se nahin kharedi jasakti dolat mand admi agar tandrust nahin to is ki dolat aur khushali bekar hai. Bemar admi buhat dukhi hota hai wo har waqt bezar aur pareshan rehta hai. Rozana baqaidegi se nahana chahye, nakhun aur dant ko saf rakhein, saf suthra libas pehnien, dhoein aur gird o gubar se bachna chahye achi sehat ke liye rat ko jaldi sona aur subah ko jaldi uthna behad zaruri hai. Ye sub jantay hain keh sehat banani hai tou warzish lazmi ho jati hai. Subah sair par jana, bagbani aur ghoray ki sawari sehat ke liye nihayat zaruri hein. Subah sawere uth kar wazu kar ke namaz parhni chahiye aur phir sair ko nikal jana chahiye warzish bhi sath karli jae to insan din bhar chak o choband rehta hai.

Miswaq karne balon ko katne aur jism ki safai par zor dia gaya hai. Pakezgi nisf eman hai. Islam ye chahta hai ke musalman apni sehat par tawaja dein ta ke wo apni faraiz ehsan tareke se sar anjam de saken ek tandrust admi apne liye aur apne ehal o ayal ke liye rizq halal ki tag wudu karsakta hai ek tandrust admi hi maidan e jang mein batil se takar le sakta hai. Sirf ehtiyat ki zarurat hai Islam deen fitrat hai wo apne manne walon ke liye asaniyan paida karta hai tangi aur dushwari nahin.
