imli Aur Aloo Bukharay Ka Sharbat Recipe Urdu

Mausam e garma mein aloo bukharay qudrat ki taraf se insan ko aik khas tohfa hain ye aik farhat bakhsh aur qabz kusha phal hai jis ka rang syahi mayel surkh ya zard ka hota hai jabkeh pukhta phal ka zaiqa meetha aur kachay phal ka tarsh hota hai. Kafi garmi ke mausam mein alu bukhara pyas mein taskeen deta hai kyoun keh ye blood ke josh ko kam karta hai is liye high blood pressure mein mubtala afrad ke liye khasa mufeed hai. Sugar ke mareez bhi tars aloo bukhara istemal kar sakte hain fresh aloo bukhara ka khilka utarne ke baad us ki guthli nikal kar pani mein shamil kar ke blender ke zariye asani se amli ka sharbat aloo bukharay ke sath asani se tayar kiya ja sakta hai.

Aloo Bukhara aap isay taqreeban 250 gram lay aur Imli bhi itni hi maqdar mein lain par cheeni 1 kg is ke liye istemal ho gi.
